Dr. Mel

Melissa “Mel” Dauster has been working in the ABA field for over 20 years. She has worked in many different roles such as BT, Special Ed Teacher, Supervisor, Trainer, and Director of many different departments. Her passion for recruiting started in 2012 when she moved from the clinical side to the admin side of ABA. Recruiting gave her the connection of supporting the clients success from afar by hiring great employees for the clients. She has built departments such as training, scheduling, HR, onboarding, and recruiting.
